On “Army, education and culture” cooperation, ” Protection service” NCSO`s Regional Service of Kotajk and Balahovit N command on March 25 initiated the cleaning and restoration work, which was carried out in the town of Abovyan in four areas, in Balahovit community in areas of YEAZ monuments and near the statue perpetuating the memory of victims died in Artshakh war.
The cooperation with the above mentioned unit is traditional. Numerous activities have been conducted aimed to preserve historical and cultural heritage, were organized open classes, slide-presentations (slide shows), thematic discussions. Soldiers are well aware of the great responsibility toward the intact preservation of monuments and cultural heritage.
Staff of Regional Service of Kotajk, thanked them for their work and wished courage, fortitude and peace to the defenders of our borders.
