In the framework of “Maqur Hayastan” collective work gathering NCSO’s Shirak region’s service also took part actively, implementing sanitary cleanings and renovations in the areas of some monuments located in villages and cities.
13 cultural-historical monuments have been cleaned in Beniamin, Harich, Horom, Ashocq community’s Artik and Gyumri cities by the workers of the service, pupils and many residents of the region.
Valerik Nazaretyan, the head of the regional service highlighted the importance of the reservation as well as the cleaning of the monuments.
“Regional service implemets sanitary cleanings occasionally, but this nationwide collective work gathering is unique as it embraces more participants”, he added. He also mentioned that this sort of initiatives should be proceeded and each citizen of RA should have his invest in the reservation and cleaning of cultural-historical monuments, as it is extremely important for the tourists.
