On September 21 /19:00/ on the occasion of the Independence Day of Armenia “Zvartnots” Quartet (Armine Ojakhyan, Nune Haroyan, Georgy Arakelov and Tigran Koninyan) will perform spiritual and patriotic songs accompanied by “Gamma” Orchestra in “Zvartnots” Historical-Cultural Museum-Reserve.
Makar Yekmalyan’s “Orhnyal e Astvats”, “Marmin Terunakan”, “Yeghitsi”, “Ter Ketso”, “Kilikia”, Khachatur Avetisyan’s “The Blue Bird” as well as Komitas Vardapet’s “Ter Voghormea” (Lord, Have Mercy), “Horovel”, “Shogher Jan”, Kara Murza’s “Lepo-Lele”, Arshak’s aria from “Arshak B” opera and other compositions will be performed.
Saro Poghosyan’s performances will also sound during the concert (duduk, pipe, zourna).
