Work turmoil in restoration laboratory. Our restorers work on archaeological artefacts excavated from grave field in 2016 by the international Armenian-Polish expedition. They are dated 12-10th centuries B.C. One of the tiny and most beautiful ornamental things is the smallest sardione bead, which has 2 mm diameter. More than thousand beads have been spread all over the grave field.The workers of the laboratory are also taking part in excavations, report that in the result of excavations are found metals/ gold,tin,bronze/, pottery, animal and human bones, 2 middle bronze aged jugs which are dated 18-17 th centuries B.C. Soon these artefacts will be included in Historical and Aechaelogical Museum-Reservation of Metsamor fund. According to well-organized teamwork soon the work concerning to the cleaning of ornamental artifacts, already cleaned,restored and conservated pottery will be sent to the branch of the Protection-Museum fund.
