A museum and an Armenian studies office have been opened at the school named after archaeologist Yesai Asatryan in the village of Nerkin Bazmaberd in the region of Aragatsotn.
The work of the museum will be supervised by researchers. Different lectures and educational programs will be held here, and the students from neighboring villages can take part in them as well.
The opening of the museum and office was organized by the efforts of the family of Yesai Asatryan, the GO “Service for the Protection of Historical Environment and Historical and Cultural Museums”, and the Institute of Archeology of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia.
