Within the framework of \u201cArmy-education-culture\u201d project \u201cProtection service\u201d NCSO periodically implements cultural events in different military units of the republic. The division of the popularization, marketing and usage of cultural values and the authorities of NCSO visited the military university after Vazgen Sargsyan.<\/p>\n
Doctor-professor of historical sciences, the secretary-scientist of NCSO Ashot Piliposyan read a lecture for the students and lecturers. The theme was \u201cArmenia\u2019s historical-cultural heritage\u201d. He talked about the implemented works in the field of monument preservation and popularization. The co-leader of the Armenian-Polish expedition introduced the excavations carried out in the territories of Metsamor and other monuments, detailing about interesting finds.<\/p>\n
Students in their turn gave questions concerning the reservation of monuments to NCSO\u2019s representatives.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe reservation of monuments, caring attitude towards our cultural heritage is the debt of each of us. Monuments are the unique \u201cpassports\u201d of our history and past. I\u2019m sure that the protectors of our country, future officers are the best protectors of our culture\u201d, mentioned A. Piliposyan.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe students of the military institute carry out sanitary cleanings \u00a0in the monument territories near the university. These kind of initiatives are taken for enriching your knowledge. We must love and recognize our culture and transfer our rich heritage to the future generations\u201d, mentioned Armen Ghahramanyan, the chief of the university.<\/p>\n
In NCSO\u2019s deputy director Syuzanna Sargsyan\u2019s words the organization is ready to meet with the students more often within the framework of different cultural projects. She invited the lecturers and students of the university to the exhibition in \u201cZvartnoc\u201d devoted to the 300 -year anniversary of Mkhitaryan Congregation in Venice, where 15 books published by the initiative of Mkhitaryans, and other materials given by the Mkhitaryan Congregation that\u00a0 functions in Yerevan will be presented.<\/p>\n
\u201cGladzor university\u201d documentary film about medieval Armenian cultural, religious, public-political, philosophical center\u00a0 was also screened for them.<\/p>\n
