In general they are clay vessels, objects made of stone and glass. In the museum\u2019s collection significant is the clay disk with 8 cm diameters, on one side of which is engraved an equilateral cross and on the other side man\u2019s portrait with Armenian inscription. It is one of the oldest Armenian inscriptions excavated in the territory of Artsakh.<\/p>\n<p>The process of excavations is presented detailed in Armenian, Russian and English languages through screens located in the museum.<\/p>\n<p>Discussions concerning the archaeological excavations started since 2006 are also being organized in Tigranakert\u2019s archaeological museum.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tigranakert\u2019s archaeological museum functions in the territory of the 18th century fortress located in \u201cTigranakert historical-cultural reserve\u201d.
