A number of them, original sketches are preserved in the \u201cService for the Protection of Historical-Cultural Museum-Reserves and Environment\u201d NCSO.<\/h1>\n<h1>The author of the idea is NCSO\u2019s cameraman, photographer Ashot Movsisyan who started digitizing the sketches in high quality and elaborated more than 1000 photos.<\/h1>\n<h1>NCSO\u2019s ethnographer Khoren Grigoryan decided to visit Guros\u2019 native city of Goris \u00a0before preparing the texts of albums, to understand what was the purpose of taking the photos.<\/h1>\n<h1><\/h1>\n<h1>\u201cEveryone knows Guros in Goris, when we showed his photos people did not tell about the\u00a0 streets or buildings but rather about the events that are connected to them, presenting an interesting story with every other episode. In fact, in Goris and other regions of Syunik Guros tried not to just take photos but also to minute those events which he considered to be important\u201d, Kh. Grigoryan tells about the impressions he got from the conversation he had with the inhabitants.<\/h1>\n<h1>The team tried to search and find those settlements, streets and buildings that Guros photographed in 1920-1932. Photographer Ashot Movsesyan tried to create today\u2019s image of Guros\u2019s photos, from the same point of view. The aim of this is to give information about today\u2019s Goris, about how much it has changed after 100 years.<\/h1>\n<h1>Photographer Ashot Movsesyan noticed that the city image of Goris has not changed. Old and new photos are also the evidence of the latter.<\/h1>\n<h1>Ethnographer Khoren Grigoryan says the photos of Goris seem to be the illustration of Aksel Bakunts\u2019s Kyoris.
