THE 19TH CENTURY CHURCH HAS BEEN CLEANED FROM VEGETATION

Monuments of Tavush region have also been cleaned from vegetation. By the efforts of the employees of NCSO’s regional service and Gandzaqar’s secondary school’s pupils the walls and roof of Gandzaqar’s 19th century church have been cleaned from vegetation.

Further, Arkadi Dovlatbekyan the head of Tavush regional service introduced the monuments of the region, the establishment of Gandzaqar church to the pupils, discussed the problems of monuments’ reservation, recommending to be more careful towards our cultural heritage, reminding that each of us should be concerned about the reservation of monuments.

In the end the participants got certificates and special scarfs.
