Since July 15, 2015, in «Zvartnots» Historical-Cultural Museum-Reservation which is a branch of «Service For The Protection of Historical Environment and Cultural Museum Reservations» within the framework «World Heritage Volunteers-Patrimonito Voluntary Action» launched by UNESCO, volunteers from 15 countries (Italy, Korea, Spain, Turkey, Russia, Belgium, Czech, Germany) have a really great day in a work camp. «Armenian Student Volunters» («HUJ») carry out sanitation and improvement activities in Zvartnots Cathedral.
On July 20, the department of management and marketing development of cultural property and collection of NCSO within the framework “Zvartnots with our eyes» organized open area art lessons in front of the temple of for foreign volunteers. The volunteers depicted «Zvartnots» in their own way in their drawings.
Tigran Zaqyan (chief of the Restoration Laboratory) presented the nature of the task and provided campers with necessary painting supplies.
The work camp will run until July 28.
