“The authorizations of regional services will expand. It is planned that the reservation of museum-reserves in certain regional services will be implemented by the guardians of appropriate reservation zones. At the same time they will have the right to control the work of the employees of museum-reserves concerning the reservation of museums”, mentioned Ara Tarverdyan, the director of “Protection service” NCSO. In his words the monuments’ guardian is not a watchman. The guardians of monuments can take an additional burden paying much attention to the territories of museums and museum-reserves. Due to the latter both the work and the reservation of monuments will benefit. According to A. Tarverdyan the purpose of this approach is to give operative solutions to arising problems.
“What concerns the professionalism of the specialists, we must provide high standards”, added NCSO’s director.
The employees of NCSO’s Kotayq regional service reported to the authorities of the organization about the work they had implemented, visits to the monument territories and cooperations with local self-government bodies. Karen Pahlevanyan, the deputy director of NCSO once more emphasized that much attention must be paid to the cases of delinquencies and particularly forbid burial processions in the territories of old cemeteries. In his words the responsibility of community leaders is also great.
In 2018 the number of NCSO’s branches will be completed with one more branch, the reserve of “Bjni” will be formed (located in RA’s Kotayq region’s Bjni community), new development projects will be implemented, including development of infrastructures, formation of ticket economy and others. In the formation of the new branch, the directorate of NCSO expects the support of the regional services.
According to NCSO’s deputy director Karen Pahlevanyan, in the nearest future we need to do tourists monitoring, to find out what the visitor’s streaming to the monument territory is like.
“Protection service” NCSO’s directorate will implement working consultations in other regions as well.
