The cultural centre is situated in the centre of Verin Ararat village. It was built by the project of an honored architect of Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic Gevorg Tamanyan in 1957. The cultural centre built of pink tuff is distinguished by its peculiar composition. It is a two-story building with three entrances decorated with sculptures. Large windows are placed by the two rows on the whole length of the façade with double pilasters and arcades. There is a row of circular windows on the top of the arcades. There is a hall for 460 persons on the second floor. The cultural centre was partially renovated in 2010.
