By the initiative of the deputy director of Syuniq regional service, director of Kapan’s state architectural college, lecturers and students an expedition was organized to Vahanavank monastery, where the open lesson titled “The role of Vahanavank monastery in Syuniq’s secular and cultural life” was held.
Deputy director Garik Marukyan together with the college’s lecturer of history Vrej Badalyan presented the history and architectural features of the monastic complex to the students.
After the end of the open lesson the participants of the event as well as volunteers implemented sanitary cleanings in the territory of the monastic complex.
