On January 29 an event was held in Vayots dzor region’s Areni secondary school dedicated to Armenian army day. The open lesson was dedicated to the 27th anniversary of the formation of our young, strong and combatable army.
Acting curator of “Arpi” reserve Arsen Martirosyan presented the glorious pages of Armenian history, the fighting soul and bravery of Armenian soldiers.
“Armenian army is the foundation and pride of our statehood. It was formed in the most difficult and fatal days of our country. Armenian army proved its fighting capacity during Artsakh war”, mentioned Arsen Martirosyan in his speech, adding that we are obliged to the brave soldiers for those victories.
Turning the pages of history A. Martirosyan told not only about Artsakh war, April 4-day military actions, but also about Hayk the Great, Tigran the Great and other great ancestors.
Highlighting that Armenian army day is a celebration for all Armenians, acting curator wished that the creators of Armenia’s future be worthy and dedicated people.
