On International Day of Monuments and Sites, ” Army-Education-Culture” in cooperation with a number of events were also held in Gegharkunik region.
On the initiative of Regional Service students, military personnel, members of cultural organizations and regional service, sanitation improvement works were carried out in 24 communities, in the territories of 50 monuments.
This work was followed by lecture-conversation titled “Cultural heritage and sustainable tourism district” organized by regional service, highlighting the role of every citizen in the popularization and utilization of historical and cultural values.
