In cooperation with the head of the Jrarat community of Kotayk province, the staff of Education, Culture, and Sport Department of the city of Hrazdan, and Kotayk Regional Service PHE of the Service for the Protection of Historical Environment and Cultural Museum-Reservations, SNCO, in the scope of “New Life to Cross-stones” program, in the territory of graveyards that are under the subjection of the Community Church, 10 medieval cross-stones were cleaned and set up, and pinned. Four out of those ten were found recently.
The territory is not completely explored, and there are still cross-stones that need to be pinned.
An agreement has been set up to continue the works in upcoming months as well.
