Within the framework of the long-term CIS Interstate program “Heritage of Cooperation: Traditions for the Future” organized by Decorative-applied and Pan-Russian museum of folk art and Russian Art museum of Yerevan, participants from CIS member states visited “Zvartnots” historical-cultural museum-reservation.
They got acquainted with the exhibition in the museum-reserve, as well as had an informative walk throughout the territory of the temple accompanied by a guide.
Afterwards, the traditional song-dance group “Vark Hayots” (Armenian behavior) presented the guests with their dance performances. The participants of the program, as well as other visitors of the museum-reserve also joined the Armenian dance.
Representatives of the museum sector from different CIS countries left the museum with vivid impressions of Armenian culture, song, and dance. At the end of the visit, while thanking the Armenian colleagues, the participants admitted that they will have beautiful memories related to the overall process.
