Norik Grigoryan the monument guard of the Regional Service PHE of Kotayk «Service for the Protection of Historical Environment and Cultural Museum Reservation» recorded that on the territory of Havuts Tar Monastic Complex /state index 3.99.3/ the layout of the semi-circle chapel excavated in autumn 2015 was destroyed and there was a hole in the wall. The chapel is situated south from the Saint Amenaprkich Church /state index 3.99.1/.
Fortunately, the inscriptions and cross stone carvings were not broken although they were moved a little away. Apparently, the incident was a plundering. «Service for the Protection of Historical Environment and Cultural Museum Reservation», NCSO will apply to police.
Havuts Tar Monastic Complex and Saint Amenaprkich Church are monuments of national importance and are included in the list of state property and are not subject to alienation.
