In the Regional Service PHE of Kotayk are still being held holding events dedicated to 25th anniversary of Armenia’s independence. Deputy Head of Regional Service PHE Slava Sargsyan together with the directorate of Charentsavan state college and students attended a festive event. The deputy head of the Regional Service Slava Sargsyan gave a speech after the performance of the national anthem. He spoke about the achievements of our country during the 25 years of independence, stressing the role of the army and protection of the country’s borders. Being a participant of April four-day military operations in the village of Talish of the NKR Defense Slava Sargsyan told a number of episodes and selfless struggle for the independence of generations. In the second part of the event the students went to the Artsakh war martyrs cemetery, laid flowers on the graves of the dead then carried out sanitary cleaning and improvement activities.
