On the International Children’s Defense Day a festive event was organized in Kotayq region’s Nor Hachn city. The works of the pupils of the community’s art school devoted to Hovhannes Ayvazovki’s 200–anniversary were presented. NCSO’s Kotayq region’s service introduced the region’s popular cultural-historical monument’s 11 movable mastheads’ photos.
The event was opened by Kotayq region’s head Karapet Guloyan’s congratulatory speech. Afterwards, to the sounds of music children created their amusing chalk paintings, and the elder looked at the paintings of exhibitions.
Kamo Hakobyan, the head of NCSO’s regional service, parallel with the exhibition answered the questions of the visitors concerning the history and preservation of the monuments.
Hayastan Simonyan, the Director of Kilikia’s Armenian’s history museum in Nor Hachn also looked at the paintings of exhibition and appreciated the latter as interesting and educative. A consensus has been reached with her to present the region’s monuments’ exhibition in the above mentioned museum.
